Purple Girl (Reserved)

Purple girl is the middle sized girl of our three females. She is one of our quietest and sweetest pups—extremely intelligent, independent, and eager for our attention though she often is not as interested in strangers. She is very mellow and will often wait for others before asserting herself for our attention. Just yesterday, she learned that I give treats when she approaches respectfully and sits at my feet with her attention on me. She has made a point to approach me this way ever since. While she is content to be alone, she also cares very much for the people she has bonded with. She sits low in the litter as far as dominance goes, not because of insecurity, but because of her easy-going personality. She follows happily on walks. We expect Purple to be an excellent in-field or perimeter-style LGD, farm dog, or pet with gentle handling and lots of bonding.

Pink Girl (Reserved)

Pink Girl is smallest of our three females by a hair. Pink is one of our sweetest pups—extremely intelligent, independent, and eager to please us. Though she is small and low in the dominance of the litter, she has plenty of confidence and has no problem asserting herself with the other puppies when she wants to play. She is content to be alone, but also cares very much for the people she has bonded with. She follows happily during walks and loves to give kisses and be petted. She does not get overly anxious when experiencing something new. We expect her to be a lot like her mom, Rosa, as she reminds us of her when she was a puppy. Rosa is an incredible perimeter style LGD, farm dog, and pet. Little Pink has all this potential as well, but she is an improvement on her mom in breed standard.

Light Blue Girl (Reserved)

Light Blue Girl is the largest of our female pups. She is also one of our most interesting—extremely intelligent, happy, energetic, and ready to work at the slightest direction from us. She has high energy compared to the others but that energy is easily channeled in good directions. She sits high in the litter as far as dominance goes—and will likely be a good trainer and leader for other LGDs in her later years. She likes dominant personalities and bonds strongly with people she respects, taking cues quickly from them. She is watchful and aware of what is going on around her with little desire to run off and chase unknowns. She is exuberant in greetings. She follows readily on walks. We expect, with good training, for her to be a star perimeter-style LGD or farm dog.

Brown Boy (Reserved)

Brown Boy is neck and neck for size with Yellow, Green, and Blue but bluffs that he is bigger with all his fluff. He is sweet, intelligent, and eager to please. He likes his people best and enjoys engaging them in gentle play. His strong bonding capability bodes well for trainability by the person or people he bonds closely with. He is watchful and aware of what is going on around him without the desire to run off and chase unknowns. He is quiet and often respectful in his greetings. He follows readily on walks. He will make a great perimeter style LGD or farm dog. We expect him to delight his new owners with his sweet nature.

Blue Boy (Reserved)

Blue Boy is neck and neck for size with Yellow, Green, and Brown. He is a quiet, sweet, intelligent, submissive and eager to please. He likes people of all ages and enjoys engaging them in gentle play. His desire to please bodes very well for easy training by the person or people he bonds closely with. He is watchful and aware of what is going on around him without the desire to run off and chase unknowns. He is quiet and often respectful in his greetings. He follows readily on walks, but is shy at first when entering into new places or experiencing new situations. He will make a great perimeter-style LGD or pet. We expect him to bond well with his family, take cues from all humans, thrive within routine, and be an absolute joy to his new owners.

Green Boy (Reserved)

Green Boy is neck and neck for size with Yellow, Blue, and Brown. He is an active, confident, intelligent boy who sits near the top of the litter as far as dominance goes. He is not fearful, even when being challenged by a persnickety goat. He likes people of all ages and enjoys engaging them and playing with them. His desire to interact, play with, and enjoy his humans bodes very well for quick and easy training if done frequently and positively. He is watchful and aware of what is going on around him and likes to check things out that he doesn’t understand. He will often give a warning bark if he sees something he thinks is out of place. He follows readily on walks because he is eager to be with his shepherd and see new things. We expect him to bond well with his family, but still take cues from other humans. He will make a great perimeter-style LGD or farm dog. As a more alpha personality, Green Boy will need an owner who is comfortable leading and correcting him positively so that he always understands his place within the workings of his forever farm. His loyalty to this person will bless the farm for his whole life.

Yellow Boy (Reserved)

Yellow Boy is neck and neck for size with his other three brothers. He is confident, independent, intelligent, and sweet. He loves most to be handled by the people he has bonded with. He is watchful and aware of what is going on around him and likes to check things out that he doesn’t understand. He follows on walks but would prefer to stay in his territory. He is considerate in play, using a soft mouth and taking cues from us for his manners. We expect him to bond strongly with his family, taking his cues from the one he sees as shepherd and alpha. While he shows all the signs of accepting visitors well, we do not expect him to make every human his favorite. He will look to his shepherd for what he is to do. He will make a great in-field style LGD with little wandering. He will bond with his charges and take his job seriously and will likely be a great future trainer or pack leader for other LGDs who come along after him.

The second biggest boy, but he has made up for it in fluff. Orange boy is calm, sweet, intelligent, and eager to please. He likes people of all ages and melts against us when we pet him. While he is not reactive, he is watchful and aware of what is going on. He follows on walks and is considerate in his play, using a soft mouth. We expect him to bond strongly with his family, taking his cues from them. While he shows all the signs of accepting visitors well, we do not expect him to make every human his favorite. He will look to his shepherds for what he is to do. He will make a great in-field style LGD with little wandering. His potential as farm dog and pet are also excellent. He will bond strongly with his people and his charges, caring for them well.

Red Boy (Reserved)

The biggest boy! Red boy is calm, sweet, intelligent, watchful, and happy to stick around to keep an eye on things. He’ll even give a warning bark if he thinks something is off. He is good with people of all ages and keeps a soft mouth. He follows on walks and is considerate in his play, letting his smaller siblings have time as top dog even though he could easily overpower them. We expect him to make a great perimeter style LGD, farm dog, pet, or all of the above. His ready bonding with us shows he will bond strongly with his family and charges and desire to please and watch over them.
